OLD WARRANTY – $295 Refundable Service/Inspection Fee
Customers whose systems were installed under our previous US GREEN Warranty remain covered by the original terms.
To provide faster response times, US GREEN requires a $295 service and inspection fee at the time of scheduling.
Refund Policy:
- If the technician confirms the issue IS covered under the old warranty, the $295 is fully refunded.
- If the issue is NOT warranty-covered, the $295 covers the inspection and diagnostic service.
This policy honors the original contract while allowing US GREEN to meet increased operational costs.

NEW WARRANTY – Mandatory $295 Service/Inspection Fee
Effective immediately, the standard service and inspection fee for systems covered under the updated warranty is $295.
This fee was previously $175 but has increased due to significant rises in:
- Labor costs
- Material costs
- Insurance premiums
- Technician dispatch expenses
- Fuel and gas prices
- Operational overhead
This $295 fee:
- Applies to all service requests after 12 months
- Covers dispatch, diagnostics, and inspection
- Applies even if the issue is warranty-covered
- Is non-refundable
