US GREEN Financing

Commercial

For US GREEN commercial customers, we will seek any organization or business that has high energy usage or demand charges that can be mitigated by US GREEN’s energy management services. In most instances, our commercial customers have experienced a 20% or better ROI and less than a 3 year payback on their investment.

Residential

US GREEN’s ideal residential customer is any homeowner with disposable income and/or with 20 percent of equity in their homes. With government programs such as PACE (“Property Assessed Clean Energy”) a homeowner can purchase any product US GREEN offers through their property taxes. In most cases, we can show homeowners that the entire solar system will be paid from allocating their monthly payments from the local utility company, or they can simply lease the system from US GREEN and receive a reduced electrical rate on their monthly bill.

Non-Profit

The cost of solar energy has dropped significantly. So much so that non-profit organizations have become the cornerstone of US GREEN’s commercial business, even though they cannot take advantage of the 30% Federal Tax Credit. US GREEN has been selling solar systems to churches throughout Southern California.
